Meet Biscuit

You've already met Niblet the Cat. I can't wait any longer. I have to introduce you to her friend Biscuit the Dog.

What a cutie. I love these little dolls. I handed Biscuit to my eight month old, and her face lit up. She immediately began chewing on one of Biscuit's paws. My three year old has already stolen Biscuit away to play with Niblet. I may end up having to make another dog for my oldest to call her own.

So the tutorial is going to include templates and instructions for making both of these little sweet potatoes.

Biscuit and Niblet
The tutorial will be out by Friday at the very latest, but I'm hoping I'll be done sooner than that. The tutorial is HERE! I was in the backwoods of Vermont without the technological comforts of home (i.e. computer, internet access (gasp!) or cell phone reception (double gasp!!)) for the long Columbus Day weekend, so the tutorial isn't done yet. I also have a little something special coming up... that's next on the list after the doll tutorial comes out.

By the way, where has the first half of October gone?! I just realized I have two weeks and two days to get my daughter's Halloween costume made before her preschool Halloween party. Yikes! That has jumped way up the list of project priorities, so expect something on that in the next week or so. Here's a hint: she'll be dressed entirely in white, but she's not going as a ghost or anything snow related. Hmmmmmm...

Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you like Biscuit, and make sure you check out the tutorial later this week!

Biscuit and Niblet look so precious. They are adorable!

The backwoods of Vermont? I was in the backwoods of New Hampshire. It is nice to have a tech-free break once and awhile.

The skirt and the bows...it's all just too cute! My daughter has outgrown her obsession with dogs (that was actually the theme of her first birthday because she liked them so much) but I'm going to make one anyhow. Too cute to pass up!
